When an order is confirmed, the admin gets a QR code. The customer scans it, opens the tracking page, and taps “Enable notifications”. Once the order is marked ready, a real browser push is delivered.
No. Everything runs in the browser. The customer only needs to open the tracking link and allow notifications.
Push notifications require a secure context. That means HTTPS in production, or localhost during development. On a plain LAN IP, browsers block notifications.
